Our policy lasts 30 days. If defective or damaged, we will accept a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit instead of cash. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The store reserves the right to refuse returns for certain items or under certain circumstances, such as items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
To initiate a return, please fill out the report form. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that custom-made items are exempt from our return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
